FACTS Management
Tuition can be paid monthly by FACTS Management. Your monthly tuition will be taken automatically from your checking account. For more details on this, please call the School  Office at 835-7395 and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

FACTS Change in Status Form
The purpose of the FACTS Change of Status form is to request a change be made to an existing agreement and /or provide a written record pf changes made to an existing agreement.

The form is used for the following changes:
·         Terminate an agreement permanently
·         Put an agreement on hold indefinitely or for a specific period of time
·         Reactivate an agreement
·         Change the balance (increase or decrease) Excluding adjustment made by Parish Business Office for BISON or CTGP.
·         Change the monthly payment amount
·         Change the payer’s address, phone number or e-mail address
·         Change the payment date from the 5^th to the 20^th or vice versa
·         Change the student identifier
